Special COVID-19 sick leave
According to the new General Document 109873, e-EFKA informs that from today, 08/03/2022, pursuant to article 62 of law 4886/2022 and ministerial decision no. 6924 / 27.1.2022, the application for the granting of special sick leave due to coronavirus COVID-19 for the period from 24/1/2022 to 15/4/2022 is submitted by employees of the private sector with a contract or employment relationship, in the online service of e-EFKA (https: //www.efka.gov.gr/el/epidoma), with proof of a positive diagnostic test with the date of onset of the disease, which is obtained through interoperability from the National Register of Patients with COVID-19 based on the AMKA or the PA. Α.Υ.Π.Α. without the need for a medical opinion.
